Hi Kristen! Love this post.:) I've been going on lots of walks lately. There's a forest five minutes away from my apartment. It's the perfect spot to get away from the city and just breathe. I feel blessed that I don't need to go very far to do so.:)

I am definitely gonna check out Friday Night Lights. Thanks for the recommendation! Also, I put together blessing bags with my friends two Christmases ago and handed them out to the homeless in downtown Toronto. It was such a moving experience!

I am using that extra hour to read more! I just finished Find Her by Lisa Gardner if you're looking for a good thriller. I also highly recommend checking out Michelle Obama: A Life by Peter Slevin. Her story is so inspiring and I shall miss her!

You might like the Happier podcast. It's so good! It's author Gretchen Rubin if you're familiar with her books. If you're into storytelling, The Moth is really great. It's a good background podcast if you're doing some blech tastks around the house.
