I have to say that grilled cheese sandwich trucks are probably one of my favorites. I can never get over how many fun flavor combinations they come up with! I’ve never tried grilling avocados in a sandwich before, but this looks so good! Definitely giving it a try soon!

I love a good food truck meal! My favorite in the SLC area is a Korean bbq food truck, but I’d be up for a grilled one any day of the week. Your panini looks positively addictive!

We don’t have a ton of food trucks here either but the few we do are completely epic and farm-to-plate scratch cooking. I’m excited to check out Portland’s food truck scene in August!!
