The ingredient list says beef stock but the directions say broth. Which one is correct? Thank you!

In reply to lidia. It's not too sweet... it tastes like a teriyaki sauce almost. So slightly sweet but not overly! You could also reduce the brown sugar some if you'd like and I don't think it would change the results too terribly.
