Kristen, your review made me grin so big. I am thrilled that you are enjoying the cookbook. These chicken bites are truly one of my favorite recipes in the book. OMGosh, I love Mary’s book, I want to eat pretty much everything in it! (Add the Cinnamon Toast Cake to your must make list)!!

This is one recipe I haven’t tried but now it’s going to go on my menu! (I”m with you, I could eat Cauliflower rice every day).
