Yes! I was just thinking the other day that it’s silly to only eat certain foods during certain times of the year. Indoor s’mores during the winter months is where it’s at.

Woah! These cookies look TOO GOOD! I mean, I shouldn’t check out your super delicious recipes late at night (specially after a very low-fat dinner)…my stomach’s growling right now and I just want to eat all of your cookies.:-p
What a great idea to combine marshmallows with chocolate cookies, the marshmallows look so fluffy and perfect!

We aren’t “outdoorsy” in our home (well, I am, but the fiance is definitely not) so I miss out on s’mores! I love that I can make these cookies and conjure up campfire memories and sweetness without having to leave the house (or battle the summer mosquitoes that are around here at the moment). What a delightful treat for your kids, I’m sure they will love them!
