I have only recently discovered the infused water. I have kidney stones and frequent UTIs. Not fun, so it is essential that I drink water. Problem...I don't like water! About a year ago I did start adding lemon to it and it helps, but still have problems drinking the water I need. A lot of the time I'm just not thirsty and don't even think about it. In the last couple weeks a friend gave me an infusion cup, so I've started trying different fruits. So far, I like raspberries the best. Freezing the fruit before adding it to the water seems to work best. I look forward to trying this recipe next.
