I can’t live without my egg poacher which has made eggs benedict or poached eggs with the ever popular avocado spread easy and a great breakfast treat for the entire family. I love early mornings too and sometimes it means I’m in a completely different mode when everyone wakes up, the I’ve completed 10 things on my to do list already mode so settling down to cook a special breakfast like this is wonderful. Your photo is just lovely!

Breakfast is my favorite meal, but brunch is just the best! I have never tried Eggs Benedict, but I keep seeing it more and more, and that makes me think I need to try it!
