These are delicious!!! I didn't have any quick oats, so I used rolled oats and soaked them in the milk while I did all the other prep. It still tasted quite good. Thanks!

I made these today after seeing some delicious-looking muffins in the store that, sadly, were not gluten free. These muffins are amazing, just the hearty texture and slightly sweet flavor I was looking for. Halfway through making them I realized I didn't have any applesauce, so I added an egg and 1/2 mashed banana. I give these a 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

Wow. These muffins are fantastic! The texture/crumb is just perfect. Like a bowl of oatmeal in muffin form. Perfect grab-and-go in the morning. Not too sweet (I don't like sweet). I'd describe them as Oatmeal Walnut Muffins with Cinnamon.

OMG! I didn't have applesauce so I used 2 1/2 cups of pineapple tidbits. I broke the pineapple down with a hand blender. I followed the rest of your recipe but I cut the milk to 1/4c because I used the juice that was with the pineapple and it's so good! The flavor reminds me of hummingbird cake. So good!
