Ha! Well, from an entertaining point of view, I wrote a post on it way back, and the less time in the kitchen when the guests arrive (as in get your prep work done!), the more time with your guests. Which should mean what entertaining is all about anyway.
But I get what you are saying ...

Hi Kristen! Can less ever be more? ;) I think the only exception prooving that rule is in relation to housework! :D

Love your recipe for scampi! A perfect butter and garlic delivery system that utilizes the bird in its "non-chickular" and therefore permissable form! ;)
