I know this is late – I’m so sorry! The oil needs to be mixed in with the wet ingredients. It looks like that was missed in the instructions and I apologize. I’ve updated the recipe and really appreciate you catching that!

I put it on my lowest setting, which I think is either 200 or 250. Sometimes I preheat the oven to 350 then turn it off then put the waffles in to keep warm. I hope that helps!
