					<description><![CDATA[Just saw you tweet this today...it&#039;s one of my favorite liqueurs to make. If I could mention? A lot of recipes call for Everclear because it&#039;s a much higher proof alcohol and will extract more flavor from the lemons BUT who cares? It&#039;s harsh and I can not stand the end result.

I have found though that locating 100 proof vodka is worth the effort; the difference between 80 and 100 proof vodka does seem to correlate to making it more lemony without sacrificing and having a harsh end result. 

Limoncello is always first on the list of liqueurs that my friends love for holiday gifts; this is great timing to make sure it&#039;s on the calendar to get it done early enough to package up for gifts.]]></description>
