I have also been exercising at home on my off days. I&#8217;m working with a really awesome running trainer who is teaching me how to work within my heart rate zones to run most effectively. He also kicks my butt with strength training and core exercises, which makes me actually look forward to the running portion of the session! [...]]]></description>

After many steriod treatments, asthma and even surgery I was determined to get back on the path to running. I did it! 5 years after a very bad battle I ran a marathon! Running my second Chicago Marathon this fall! Go for it!!!!!]]></description>
