Awhile back, I wrote about my first efforts at making homemade rigatoni pasta. I was pretty proud of my kitchen accomplishment and have since made several different types of noodles using my KitchenAid Mixer Pasta Extruder Attachment.

It is amazing how with a couple of simple ingredients (flour, eggs, salt, water) you can create something so useful and so delicious!
