Here’s an overview of how I’ve implemented The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod into my life and the tools I’ve used to help me succeed.

Have you all heard of The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod? I first learned about this book when I began Bullet Journaling last year, but it took me this long to get on board, read the book and actually implement what I’ve learned.

About The Miracle Morning Based on the premise that how you start your day largely determines the quality of your day, your work, and your life, The Miracle Morning gives you the ultimate morning ritual and teaches night owls how to beat the snooze button, even if you’ve never been a morning person.

I’ve only been practicing The Miracle Morning for a few weeks now, so I’m no expert, but it really has been transformative for me. I’ve always been somewhat of a morning person, and have known for years that when I wake up before my kids, get ready and have some time to myself, my day is considerably better than when our morning routines coincide.

Over the past few weeks I’ve discovered some tools that have really helped me to succeed with my Miracle Mornings. I thought I’d share those tools with you, so if you try it, you’ll have an upper hand from the get go. But first, let me tell you what my personal Miracle Morning looks like:

Simple Solutions for Living

My year as a SimpleHuman brand ambassador is winding down. Considering that my focus word for 2013 is Simplicity, this has been such a great partnership. If there is any company out there that personifies simplifying, it would be SimpleHuman!

Simplify Saturday: Hoover Twin Tank Steam Mop

Each Simplify Saturday, I feature a product, app, website, book, etc. that has helped me to live my 2013 focus word of Simplify. This week I am sharing a product that helps me simplify one of my least favorite tasks… mopping the floor.

Our house is mostly hardwood floors. As much as I love hardwood floors, I absolutely hate cleaning them. I’m not going to pretend that the tool I’m going to share with you today makes me love cleaning our floors because it doesn’t. Hardwood Floor Sanity Saver

I know, I know… this is a food blog (with family stuff thrown in), so why are you seeing a vacuum being featured in this post? Because, my friends, this vacuum has become a sanity saver to me. As someone who has hardwood floors throughout most of her house, I have struggled and struggled with keeping them clean. My Hoover Twin Tank Steam Mop has become my all time favorite tool for mopping, but I have had the darndest time finding something for the everyday cleaning that sweeping with a broom just couldn’t seem to handle (yes – I have 4 very messy kids!). Now, the Panasonic Jetforce Vacuum has entered my arsenal of tools I am using to keep my hardwood floors, and carpets, clean.

I can’t tell you how long (years and years) I’ve been searching for something that worked for me, and now I finally found it. Let me tell you what I love about The Panasonic Jetforce Vacuum .
