This robust rub will perk up your grilled burgers. Two “secret” ingredients – Italian roast coffee and dutch process cocoa add a depth of flavor that really enhances beef. A weird combination isn’t it? But then again, I add semisweet chocolate to chili also – just so you know where I’m coming from. Yes, I know it sounds strange – but trust me, you’ll like it, even the non coffee drinkers in my house gave it a thumbs up!
