Terrific recipe! I’ve been searching for a great dinner rolls recipe for about a week. It looks like I’ve just found it. I’m so excited at the idea of giving these rolls a try! They’re making my mouth water. Homemade bread has always been my weakness.

I read Nadene’s comments. I too usually start with the yeast being proofed and always used milk not water. I will try your recipe once I have use my mother’s recipe first. I have gotten 2 samples of Red Star Platinum yeast packages at the Orange Fairgrounds Home & Garden Show in October 2015. So this is a good place to start using a new product.
