I try to have it every day. It can be hard with my busy schedule, though. When I’m pressed for time, I pull out my favorite bread machine mix and use my bread machine to mix and knead the dough. Then I take it out and bake it in my oven. This saves alot of time, however, there is a satisfaction of baking from scratch.

It was exactly what my family was looking for! I actually added an extra yeast packet, and my rolls got huge (just what we wanted). Sifting the flour made the rolls extra fluffy. But she did always make homemade rolls for holidays, and those are still my favorite! I actually have a bread machine, but I like to knead by hand for some crazy reason. These rolls look perfect!
