That's an awesome looking burger! I love to experiment with different flavors in burgers. I make an Asian-style chicken burger that is to die for. And, I learned a neat trick from the White on Rice Couple for the juiciest burgers. They add some fish sauce to the meat. It doesn't taste "fishy" at all. Checked out the recipe and it does look like a great burger! I love making different burger recipes. One of our favorites is a Blue Cheese Balsamic Burger with Red Onion & Lettuce.
