					<description><![CDATA[Chilaquiles can be either red (tomatoes) or green (tomatillos) so either way is actually correct. You can always leave out the milk and add Mexican Crema or sour cream on top of each serving if you want to be more authentic. :-)

I lived in Mexico for several years and chilaquiles are one of my signature dishes. Nice adaptation for busy days.
