All Purpose Mexican Seasoning (for use in tacos, fajitas, etc from About.com)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons dried chile powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
