One Pot Bush’s Beans Two Bean Steak Chili

A one-pot family favorite recipe with 2 kinds of Bush's Beans and tender sirloin steak.


  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup onion coarsely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into 1 inch strips
  • 4 Tablespoons Rib Rub That Rocks
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 16 ounce can Bush's Kidney Beans
  • 1 15 ounce can Bush's Black Beans
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large French Oven, cook steak, onion and garlic in butter over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle with Rib Rub and chili powder.
  • Add diced tomatoes, Bush's Kidney Beans and Bush's black beans. Stir and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer until mixture is completely heated through. Serve warm.
