I am in the process of losing weight, can I safely use this dish many times? It’s delicious and easy to make! My 2 kids have eaten them up, and they still seem to want to eat more! (in complete contrast to the previous meals)

I added ground mustard, nutmeg, Dijon mustard, and white pepper to the sauce. Felt like it still needed a little more zest after adding the spices though.
