In reply to Kristen. The trick for no chunks of ice? Start with more crushed ice than you need. Put in a bit of water and blend away. Drain water and measure the amount of now almost slushy ice. Add drink ingredients and blend.

My wife hates the “slimy texture” of those bottled pina colada mixes in the store. This recipe was spot on! Well done. So simple, great flavor and perfect texture. Thanks for posting. I’ll have to try throwing some frozen banana in there sometime, but great AS IS.
