					<description><![CDATA[Sounds delicious.  I&#039;m going to try it.  You can do this.  Work with a plan that lets you enjoy all the things you love, but not every day.  I allow mysel wine and a few small treats on special occasions because we live in the real world and none of us likes to feel deprived.  Deprived will lead to failure and your in this for the long haul.  The other thing that also helps is, if you do slip up, get right back on your program at the next meal.  I know this works!    I lost over 100 pounds 35 years ago and I still have most of my weight off.  Damn that menopause.  Surprisingly I still work at it everyday.but it&#039;s so much easier now.

I&#039;ll keep checking on your recipes.... thanks for this one.]]></description>
