Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs in large bowl.
Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
Fold in the Chocolate Chips.
Drop dough by rounded measuring tablespoons, about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-12 minutes or until light brown. They may look slightly doughy still when you take them out. That's ok.
Cool slightly, keeping on the cookie sheet for at least 3 minutes to firm up.
Remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
