Recipe: Zesty Mustard Baked Chicken Thighs
A wonderful, zesty baked chicken thigh recipe. A perfect weeknight meal option!
- 1.5 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs 4-6
- 1/2 cup Zatarain's Creole Mustard or any other spicy mustard
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano I use Gourmet Garden
Preheat oven to 450°F
Line a 9x9 baking dish with foil.
Place chicken thighs in the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, stir together mustard, syrup, worcestershire sauce and oregano. Pour over chicken thighs, making sure they are entirely covered.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
