It’s no secret that I am a fan of pancakes (even more, the different syrups that go on top of pancakes!).
When Rachel from the blog Rachel Cooks announced that she was devoting the entire month of July to pancakes and asked me to participate, I knew this was one event I didn’t want to miss.
