$100 Visa Gift Card Giveaway {Recipe: Baked Alexia Onion Ring Dip}

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
Jump to Recipe -

Since joining the team at Alexia Foods as one of their blogger tastemakers, I’ve had a fun time trying to recreate old classic recipes using some of my favorite Alexia Food products.

You might recall the Sweet Potato Casserole Bites I made awhile back, using Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs. Well, I’m at it again, but this time using Alexia’s Onion Rings!

$100 Visa Giftcard Giveaway

Before we get to the recipe, I’d love to get you involved in my tastemaker fun, and I’m going to do that by sharing a $100 Visa Gift Card giveaway!

You see, Alexia shared a gift card with me for a party I hosted, and I had some leftover…so I thought I’d share it with YOU!

To enter the giveaway for the $100 Visa Gift Card we’re headed to my favorite place, Instagram (or Facebook or Flickr…your photo sharing platform of choice). Simply share a photo (whether new or old) of a time when Alexia Foods would be a perfect addition to your day… maybe some fresh Alexia Oven Crinkle fries would make your dinner complete or would chicken sliders on Alexia’s Artisan Bread be great for game day? Maybe your afternoon pick me up would be something tasty from Alexia. Would book club be better with Alexia’s Mushroom Bites? Probably so!

Alexia Foods has a whole collection of great products – check them out here and be specific in your photo description as to which Alexia product would fit best! Once you’ve taken the picture, simply include the hashtag #HerestoFood and leave a link to your photo in the comments section. (You can use Followgram to get a direct link to your Instagram pictures).

Pictures will be accepted until Midnight, CST on Wednesday, October 31st. Winner will be chosen via Random.org and will be notified via a valid email address.

If you don’t have access to a camera you can still enter simply by leaving a comment on this post sharing which Alexia product would make your _______ complete.

And now, for the recipe!

I’m sure many of you have had Hot Onion Dip. Well, I took Hot Onion Dip one step further and added crunchy and delicious Alexia Panko Breaded Onion Rings in place of chopped onions. The crunch of the onion rings with the creamy cheesy dip was absolute perfection… especially when served in sweet bell peppers!

I look forward to browsing your pictures and hope you enjoy this recipe!

    I actually had a bag of Alexia french fries in my freezer last week. I was going to make roast beef sandwiches with fries only to find out the teenagers ate them all. They truly are the best tasting (and best ingredients) frozen french fries out there.

    Alexia’s **Oven Fries** would help make my **Weekends-spending-quality-time-with-my-sister complete!**

    She loves those fries as do I; they are made from organic potatoes and don’t contain scary ingredients/stuff that she and I can’t have (e.g., soy, onion [sorry], garlic, dairy, palm oil, etc.), for which we’re thankful.
