Our Favorite Baked Chicken Legs from Dine & Dish

Do you ever have those days where you just don’t feel like cooking? Well, I was less than motivated to cook on a few days last week, so you will see some things that didn’t get made last week on our menu this week. I hope you’ll take a minute to share what’s going to be on your menu for the week! Below is our menu plan for January 20th through the 26th…

  • Sunday: Mushroom & White Bean Tostadas (sharing recipe on Tuesday)
  • Monday: Our Favorite Baked Chicken Legs (if you haven’t tried this recipe yet, you  must! So good!)
  • Tuesday: Slow Cooker Italian Sloppy Joes from Skinnytaste
  • Wednesday: Hawaiian Beef Sliders
  • Thursday: Fettuccini with Tomato-Cream Sauce from Eat Yourself Skinny
  • Friday: Pizza night
  • Saturday: Slow cooker Roast with Potatoes and Carrots

I hope you all have a tasty week! Enjoy!

Yes, I frequently don’t feel like cooking dinner from mid-August through the end of May. That’s why I finally made a 4-week rotating menu of simple, fairly quick meals, along with a grocery list for each week. These chicken legs sound so good and easy that I may have to make a substitution or an additional menu week soon!

Those look amazing, Kristen. I love chicken legs like that. I don’t really ever plan out my meals, though, Not much of a planner!

Girl, I don’t know how you do it. You managed to make simple baked chicken legs look so elegant and enticing. Just gorgeous food photography! I need some baked chicken legs now. Yes, even though it is breakfast time. All hail Chaos in the Kitchen, for sharing the recipe! Pinning now. Thank you, Kristen. xoxo

I went to a freezer meal workshop and came home with 10 meals. I’ve never been a big freezer meal kind of girl, but I do love having some dinners ready to go for when the week gets crazy and you realize you are missing a key ingredient for tonight’s dinner.
Here is my meal plan for the week…we rely on our slow cooker a lot! http://bit.ly/W9G7Wt

I’m so bad, I haven’t made my menu plan yet. I know, shame on me. 🙂 I have to say, yours looks really good though, and everything sounds like something I could get my family to eat…they tend to be a bit picky. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
